Keith lives in Sydney, Australia and is married to Debbie. They have two sons, Simon and Tom and a wonderful border collie aptly called Buddy who sadly went to doggy heaven on Thursday 7th September 2023 after a wonderful life and aged 14 years and 2 months in human years.

Keith has years of practical and hands on experience in sales, marketing, human resources and general management across a wide range of industry sectors including complementary health care, FMCG and retail.

He has worked with and alongside his clients whose primary need is to manage and run their businesses to achieve increased performance and profitability by developing, coaching and mentoring the most important and often under valued asset in any business - it's people.

He is the publisher of InspirEmail and this website, which both have the aim of providing inspirational messages to refresh the spirit and boost the emotional bank account. In recent times he has become known both in Australia and Internationally as Mr Inspiration due to his passionate commitment to inspiring everyone that he comes into contact with, to be better at what they do in all levels of their life.
